3/50 Project

I was talking to my friend this past weekend who is 9 months pregnant (any day now)! She was telling me about her experience stroller shopping at a national baby chain, and how awful the customer service was there. Besides the employees not giving her the correct information on the original stroller resulting in her having to make an exchange (which they also did not make easy for her), the employee refused to help her out to her car with the stroller box despite her being 8 months pregnant! Being an employee at a boutique - I was infuriated. We pride ourselves in going above and beyond for our customers, because truly, all of you are our friends! We have watched you all go through marriages, having babies, having parties, children's graduations and their marriages....we are here for so much more than to just ring through your transactions.

That is why it makes us so sad to watch fellow boutiques close down due to the economy. Another boutique turned us onto a project called the 3/50 project that we thought might be of interest to all of our supporters and friends.

Why is it so fun to take something everyday and use it in other ways? We have taken an interest in vintage doors once again - not only are they beautiful with their worn sense of character, but they make for great art pieces and more!

The Willows Loves Jewelry!

We're all women here at The Willows so, of course, we all go a little crazy for jewelry. We have just picked up two jewelry lines that some of you might recognize as they have both been in The Willows before - and now they are back!

We are so excited about a line we picked up from a local artist who creates darling inital and story necklaces with fun bubble charms. She adds some beading and a simple chain to create versatile and unique pieces meant for all occasions! They truly are conversation pieces!

The next line simply sparkles. Many of you might remember that we used to carry this line at Hilton Village...that's right, Emily Austin is back!!!! We expect it to arrive by the end of summer!
