New Furniture!

Our beautiful little luxury furniture connoisseur Ruby Grace came to try out our new French daybed and French wingback chair to make sure it was of the utmost quality and comfort. As you can see, they passed with flying colors!

A Day to Remember!

Well, our trunkshow went great! Thank you to everyone that showed up! We had some great prizes that we gave away including Bella Notte bathrobes! We also had huge sales on some items. For all of you that couldn't make it yesterday - we still have lots of bedding marked down! Come snatch up some great throws and quilts 50% off!



The suprise of the day was the AMAZING frittatas and pastries that Palatte was nice enough to give us for our customers! They were a big hit and looked as wonderful as they tasted! We have PUMPKINS!

Our famous pumpkins are back! For those of you who have bought these in the past...they are FABULOUS this year! We made our first annual trip of the fall to our "Pumpkin Lady" i.e. our amazingly talented friend Lynne! Ok, so we always have too much fun oohing and aahhing over the awesome new fabrics she has every year. I try not to have too much coffee before I go just so I don't get overly excited about how cute all the new baby pumpkins are! I am always suprised at the new colors and textures Lynne comes up with. One of my all time favorites was made from a vintage Carol Little wool sweater! I happen to own that one :).... These pumpkins make the most beautiful fall vignettes. Just setting a couple on my cake stand on my kitchen island makes me smile. They look wonderful under a cloche as well! One of our clients has a fall cornucopia on her dining room table with all the beautiful velvet pumpkins pouring out. I will try to share a picture with all of you! Truly a way to bring a little fall to your bungalow here in good ole hot AZ...

Thank you Pulse!

Well, we had a great time at Pulse 2008 yesterday! Thank you Jennifer Collins and all the other people involved in making the event such a great success! Our booth was definitely a hit! We had our signature velvet pumpkins, and a host of other fall treats to dazzle the guests! People were drawn to our booth by the wonderful scent of our cider candles. We also brought our amazing pajamas in toile and leopard print! All of us Willowettes had such a fun time - even when they turned the lights out on us! To all of you who made it to the event - it was great seeing you!

Free Linen Pillowcases?!

I have wonderful news for all you Bella Notte lovers out there. On September 18, we are having a bedding trunkshow here at The Willows, and Bella has graciously agreed to give away a pair of linen pillowcases to each person who spends over $500 on Bella Notte in-store or custom order! We are so excited! We have all their new textures and colors for you to add to an existing collection, or to start a new collection! Their Celeste fabric is to die for! Of course, we will have all of our other luxury bedding on display as well! Stop by even if you just want to get ideas for the future. It will be a fun time!



Our trunk show will be all day from 9:30am-5:30pm at the store! You may also come just to shop our merchandise or hang out! We hope to see you all here!

We've done it again!

The store is a-changin! We've sold a lot of beautiful furniture to some of you in the past week (thank you!) and have been able to create a new look again at The Willows! Come see our new vintage hutch we've displayed with our beautiful Vietri dishware! We also just received amazing canvas prints - can you see the apple print in the background? In the foreground, you can see we have more of our beautiful dining room chairs in! These sold out quickly last time - don't miss out! We have the armless style available as well. We look forward to seeing you!

Ooh La La!

As the holidays approach, we find ourselves making room for wrapping presents (pictures of Bev's new "ribbon and wrapping" room to come tomorrow!).

With the extra day at home for Labor Day, Bev had fun hand-crafting these beautiful envelopes for our Willows giftcards! Ooh la la!

We also started playing with wrapping gift baskets. Jen had fun playing with decorative cellophane!
We were doing inventory last month as some of you may remember. We found out that we have 3500 yards of ribbon in our store! Our ribbon is an inexpensive and beautiful way to liven up any gift - and we have quite the selection! You can see a few on our "sale" page of our website.
